4 Days Checking & Replacement Warranty

At Techsaan, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure this, we provide a four (4) days checking and replacement warranty on all electronics. This warranty begins the moment you receive your order. During the 96-hour checking period, you can test your product for any operational or internal defects. If an issue arises, please contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp, and we will process your claim.

Terms & Conditions

You can claim this warranty within 96 hours of receiving your order. Any claim submitted after this period will be rejected.

This warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered has a defect or issue.
  • The product delivered contains broken items.
  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • Items are missing from the parcel.

Note: For claims involving broken items, missing items, or wrong products, an unboxing video of the parcel is required to process the claim.

The warranty is NOT valid under the following conditions:

  • No proof of purchase is provided.
  • The claim is based on personal preferences or a change of mind.
  • The claim is made after the warranty period.
  • The warranty sticker has been removed.
  • The product was damaged due to improper use (e.g., dropping, overcharging, exposure to water, fast charging, disassembly, or modification).

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, simply email us at [email protected]. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Order number (provided at the time of dispatch).
  • The order slip pasted on the parcel, which serves as your warranty slip (please keep this safe during the warranty period).
  • The Techsaan warranty sticker on the product (do not remove this sticker during the warranty period).
  • An unboxing video of the parcel for claims related to broken items, missing items, or wrong products.
  • The product must be unused and intact, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

Note: Customers are responsible for repacking and sending the product back via a registered and traceable courier service at their own expense.

Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, which may be in the form of a store coupon or a replacement product. Processing replacements may take 5-10 working days.
